A beautiful 4 bedroomed vacation rental villa in a quiet development just off Route 27, 1 mile south of Route 192. Situated a true 10 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom, it is convenient for all the attractions. This property has its own pool overlooking the golf course as well as access to the private community area at Lake Davenport where there is another pool, games area, picnic and barbeque area as well as a boat ramp and dock for fishing.

A luxury 4 bedrooom home featuring a 30 foot pool in screened lanai to the rear. Decorated to a very high standard by the owner. From original art to designer linens, it is truly a home away from home There are 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins for a total of 8 people. There is a sofa bed so the villa can accommodate its legal maximum of 10 although we recommend that everyone sleeps in their own room - it makes for a much better vacation!

The lounge has a large TV with over 50 channels available and a video player in addition to a selection of books and games. There is also a high chair!

The dining area in the kitchen seats six. In the dining room - formal dinner for six is a breeze and if you fancy eating 'al fresco', the dining area on the pool deck seats four.

The pool area itself has loungers and chairs and there are also some pool toys available for the kids!

Towels and bed linens are provided for all rooms. In addition, beach/pool towels are also provided for your convenience. The villa also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and dishwasher.
