So what is a Florida Villa and why is it important to me?
Well, a Florida Villa is simply a family home in Florida. Much more importantly, its a base for holidaymakers who want the very best holiday. what many holidaymakers to the Orlando area don't realise is what a great time they can have when they retire to their villas after their activity-filled days. Lets face it - it can be pretty tiring going round the parks in the heat and when it comes time to go 'home' many pile back into a single hotel room with noisy air conditioning, noisy neighbors and then they have to wait for the family to cycle through the shower before going out to eat! Compare this with the family who spent about the same (or less) to rent a Florida villa. Their villa is not far from Disney - so close, in fact that they can probably hear if not see the nightly fireworks! Once they get back, they can spill out into their own space - maybe one or two into each of the 5 bedrooms. Mum might take a few minutes for herself in the ensuite shower attached to the master suite while the kids take in a movie on the TVs in their rooms. Whether they decide to go out to eat or to throw something on the grill on the pool deck and pass a relaxing evening together it doesn't matter!
