When you decide to go on vacation to Disney in Orlando, the choice of accommodation is bewildering! Often so bewlidering that many people just decide to reserve what seems to be the best choice of hotels in the brochures the travel agent got them! When this happens (and it happens hundreds of times every day) I see it as an opprtunity lost. Its not cheap to go to Disney and we always want to get the best value for money. For many who go the tour operator path, this means a family of 4, 5 or 6 crammed into a small hotel room or a group of 8 or more in 2 rooms - an probably not next door either. If you don't all live in one room at home, why would you cram into 1 room on an expensive vacation?Imagine the difference when you rent a privately owned Florida Villa. Each Florida Villa has either 3, 4 or commonly 5 or 6 bedrooms. There are sufficient bathrooms to match the number of people in the party! Its private and has plenty of space for you all to spread out! This means that someone can have a bit of personal time when they need it! Did I mention the pool?? Each Florida Villa has a private screened pool area. Most of them are about 30 feet long and 12 - 15 feet wide - there's a wide pool deck for private sunbathing and therefore much less competition for a lounger or chair. The pool deck has other uses too! Each of our Florida Villas are very close to Disney. So close in fact that you can watch the nightly fireworks from many of the villas themselves! Florida villas also have all the facilities of home! Refrigerator, freezer and all the other food preparation facilities too! Its likely that your Florida villa will offer the use of a gas grill so you can cook a meal on the pool deck and eat in the open air! Many Florida Villas have an outdoor eating area with seating, lighting and a fan so you can enjoy an evening together under the stars. You can rent a Florida Villa for less than the price of 2 hotel rooms (and often for less than the price of one!). If you take into account the location, space and facilities, once you've stayed in Florida villas you'll never go back to a hotel again!
