Although the news is getting out slowly, its like a slow leak rather than a tidal wave! Most people who are planning a Disney holiday think that renting a villa infor their Florida holiday is only for the rich and famous. Its simply not true! The value that you get when you rent a villa is extremely good! To illustrate this - I read recently that Welcome to France have cut their rates for some of their properties by up to 25. Fantastic - I must have a look I hear you say - but did you realise that that still leaves them at over £200 per night or over 4 times more costly than a 5 bedroomed Florida villa on the doorstep of the Disney Theme parks! Given that typically you'll find that a resort hotel in the Orlando area is more than 20% more expensive, its a bargain whichever way you look at it!
