All of the Florida vacation rental properties advertised on this site are privately owned. When you make a reservation through us (on-line, by phone or by email), the owner will get your reservation details direct.
The owner will contact you directly with a reservations form.
When you have completed this and have paid the appropriate deposit or rental, then your reservation will be confirmed. 10 weeks before your arrival or as agreed with the owner, your final payment is due. When this payment has been received, along with any security deposit, the owner will send your arrivals instructions. After
your rental, the owner will return your security deposit in accordance
with the terms and conditions that accompaniedthe reservations form
that you were sent.
