All of the Florida vacation rental properties advertised on this site are privately owned. 

• When you make a reservation through us (on-line, by phone or by email), the owner will get your reservation details direct.
  

• The owner will contact you directly with a reservations form.

• When you have completed this and have paid the appropriate deposit or rental, then your reservation will be confirmed.

• 10 weeks before your arrival or as agreed with the owner, your final payment is due.

• When this payment has been received, along with any security deposit, the owner will send your arrivals instructions.

• After your rental, the owner will return your security deposit in accordance with the terms and conditions that accompaniedthe reservations form that you were sent.
